ZERO TO HERO
Wednesday 6:00pm - 7:00pm
BEFORE WOMEN'S PENNANTS

An 8 week program that starts from the basics and progresses to a more advanced level. Aimed at the player just starting out with minimal skills, or the player who is getting back into tennis and wants improvement. We will start from zero, teaching all the different grips, swing techniques, footwork and more, working our way towards rallies and match play. You will get the confidence to jump on court and play games.

$120 for 8 weeks

FIT TENNIS
Tuesday 9:30am - 10:30am

A fun way to play tennis and get fit, this class it is for all levels. Tennis drills and games done to music designed to improve your tennis and make you sweat.

$15 per lesson - casual commitment
10th October - Free Session

ADULT SQUAD

High performance training for regular to advanced players, an intense 1.5 hour session focusing on improving match play.  We will set up points, drills and rallies so you can improve your game and at the same time get a good work out.
